1. About these terms
Noosa Net is a business directory at noosanet.com.au, operated by ANTAURA PTY. LIMITED (ACN 010 466 001) as trustee for The Antaura Unit Trust, trading as Noosa Net, ABN 17 151 178 733. By using the site or listing a business, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time, and the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
2. Accounts
You need an account to add or manage a listing. You agree to:
- give accurate details and keep them up to date
- keep your login secure
- use one listing for each business
- list a business only if you are authorised to do so
- a website link
- a Contact by email form
- a photo
- a Featured badge and placement
- eligibility to appear in search engines
3. Free listings
A Free listing shows your business name, category, address and phone number, and is free of charge. We may remove listings that are inactive or inaccurate.
4. Featured listings
A Featured listing costs $55 AUD per year including GST, paid upfront by card through Stripe. It adds:
We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic or enquiries.
Featured listings renew automatically each year until cancelled. You can cancel any time by emailing listings@noosanet.com.au before your renewal date (or from your dashboard, where that option is available). If you cancel, or a payment fails, your listing goes back to a Free listing at the end of the paid period.
5. Refunds
We do not give refunds for part-used periods or a change of mind, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Your content
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, and for having the rights to any logos, photos and text you submit. Your content must not be misleading, unlawful, offensive or infringing.
You give Noosa Net a licence to display your content on the site and in promotion of the directory. We may edit or remove content that breaches these terms.
7. Contact by email messages
Messages sent through a listing’s Contact by email form are forwarded to that business. We do not vet these messages. Please do not use the form for spam.
8. Our role
Noosa Net is a directory only. We do not endorse or guarantee any listed business, and any dealings are between you and that business.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or refunding the fees you paid in the last 12 months. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are preserved.
10. Suspension and termination
If you breach these terms, we may remove your listing. A paid Featured listing removed for a breach is not refunded, except as required by law.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
